Для приготовления напитка возьмите 1-2 чайные ложки сбора, залейте крутым кипятком в количестве 200 мл и дайте настояться не менее 10 минут. Принимать по 50 мл настоя 3-4 раза в день. Для полоскания горла : залейте 1 столовую ложку сбора 200 мл кипятка остудить до комнатной температуры, процедить. Полоскать 100 мл настоя 3-4 раза в день.
